The pacing and tone of this book is overall very confusing. There were a lot of oddly chosen time skips in the first part that I felt were a missed opportunity to flesh out the characters and details of the war.

I was intrigued enough to put the second book on hold though, so we’ll see.

The plot was amazing it had such an old feel with a spacey twist.

If I had a nickel for every time I accidentally read a book based off of a Reylo fanfic, I’d only have two nickels which isn’t alot but it’s weird that it’s happened twice

I held out and waited to start this series for awhile because I was under the assumption that I wouldn't really enjoy it. For some reason, something was telling me it likely wasn't for me. Man, I was WRONG. I REALLY LIKED this story.

Started off a bit slow, but when I was hooked.. Well, I was quite hooked. The chemistry that grows being the FMC and MMC was molten. The touches of humor sprinkled through some serious parts of the story was also very enjoyable.

Definitely recommend.
