I read this last year but can barely remember anything. I think it goes to show that the romance drew me into this book, not the fantasy. Actually not even the romance, more like the build up of Rhysand and Feyre getting together.
After a quick refresh on the events, I remember thinking it was funny when Feyre played spy in the Spring Court, like surely it wasn’t suspicious at all.
I was also annoyed when Feyre’s sister’s came back into the picture because weren’t they horrible to Feyre and never helped her out with anything? Forgive me if I am wrong, but then they are all annoyed at Feyre for their lives being turned upside down. And now once again she has to look after them.
When her father comes back to fight in their war I was so shocked because we have barely heard anything about her this whole time and nothing from his past has shown us he would even do something like this. When he died I didn’t even feel anything because there wasn’t enough time to build a connection with him.
Finally, at the end of this book another MC dies and then is brought back to life. This is the second time this has happened, hopefully not again…

This book is so freaking good! Are we even sure this is a book? It’s just too good to just be a book!!
So many thoughts but I have no words for it. So many jaw-dropping twists and surprise corners. It was really well-written, I just lost myself in these pages.

I absolutely loved a lot of this book and other parts I was skimming. The women power thing was annoying and didn't add up so a star was lost for that. This also felt slightly too long and started to drag on so another star was lost for that. Overall it was really good and I think if I could stop comparing it to the Throne of glass series I would like it more.
