Utterly charming. I loved the way the narration switched between the different points of view, in fact, I think that was what ultimately picked things up from the rather slow beginning pace and got me invested. I was a little bit annoyed when we'd switch between viewpoints and it would be clear some time had passed, especially since most viewpoints ended on almost a bit of a 'cliffhanger' so to speak.

Overall, this was sweet, not overly deep, and funny.

I don't understand how so many people liked this book. I just don't get it.

The one line descriptor of the baby landing on these three women's doorstep is misleading. This didn't even happen until about 60% of the way into the book.

Many other reviewers call this book sweet and charming, but I didn't see that myself. Instead, it's a bunch of mostly unlikeable characters making bad or unrealistic decisions. The main female characters let others walk all over them to the point it's annoying, and there is so little character growth. The male characters were just a tool to tell the story from a multi-POV perspective and, with the exception of Russell, had no discernable personality except what we're told (not shown) by the author. Overall an entirely forgettable story.

A wonderful book about personal relationships and personal growth.

I enjoyed how the plots intertwined without becoming confusing or hard to follow. I was invested in each of the many characters' own plotlines, but felt a smidge disappointed Felicity didn't get her comeuppance by the end - she remained completely oblivious to her selfishness. The story explored the complexities of love, vengeance, and forgiveness, while not feeling too heavy.

This book really grew on me — at first it dragged on and took awhile to get going, but once it did, I was completely enamored with the characters and invested in the plot. I think the author did a great job of balancing many character perspectives and keeping them unique and separate enough, but I do think with so many characters being juggled, it left a bit to be desired from each one of them (I loved them all, but didn’t get to see as much as I felt we should have for their development due to the large cast). The book did make me laugh out loud, and I particularly loved Melinda. So what, women can’t have hobbies now?

Good lighthearted book where everything works out in the end. Just what I needed to end 2025 on!

2.5, but I always bump a book down not up. This was kind of chaotic and overall meh. Cute moments here and there, but not enough to recommend.
