I read this for the twist at the end, it didn’t disappoint.
Behind Her Eyes is a thriller that I have heard a lot of buzz about, some of it positive and some negative. It seems to be a book that you either love or you detest. I was in the latter group, it just wasn't for me. We first meet Louise who goes out one night and has a one night stand with a man named David. Unbeknownst to both of them, David is married and also her new boss. When they both realize this they decide to have a professional relationship only. Louise soon makes a new friend, Adele, who is Davids wife. Both of them pretend to not know who they are to David. The book is told in alternating chapters from the ladies point of view and there are also "Then" chapters that feature Adele. The main issue that I had with this book was the surprise. It was just absurd. Even though there were breadcrumbs throughout the book, it seemed as though they were there as an afterthought. The last reveal was my favorite but it was not enough to make me want to read more of the authors books or give a higher rating.

Not sure what all the fuss was over this book. I absolutely hated it! It was not written well at all and the ending was absolutely horrible!

Did not like the “magical” portion of the twist. Thought it was good until the twist was revealed.
