Somehow this book made me feel not smart enough at the same time as being immensely enjoyable - a paradox and yet. It was so poetic and there were some times where the lines went round and round and I really liked it. It just pulled me into the world, which makes no logical sense but was so intensely vivid I couldn't help but picture it exactly. It's one I wish I had read in the context of an English class so I could learn about it afterwards.

It is certainly an interesting read, most of the book evoked the same feeling as a stained glas window on a summer afternoon. Both are warm and colourful but give you a hard time finding a place to rest your eyes for more then a fleeting moment.
I would like to advice you not to read it if you're going through grief, I did and it not only emotionally broke me but also coloured my perception of the entire work in a way that left me unable to enjoy it as a whole.

Although it's a peculiar book, I do feel a weird sort of connection with it...
