Silly, filthy, and a MMC who is obsessed. Something about S.J.'s books feel so homey to me and I do typically do not like insta-love stories (and this one is INSTA INSTA). Just feels right to read about a lover obsessed with another.

I loved this three part spicy novella series following Alice and Michael ✨
Second Bite:
I loved this! So fun faced paced novella. Alice has been crushing on Michael for ages, and for him it’s love at first sight. He’s the judge on the baking show Alice is competing in, and it’s obvious from the start they are obsessed with each other. I loved the tension, spice and chemistry between them. Great start to the series!

The Baby Cakes series is a strong case of insta-love. Michael will literally do anything for Alice from the second they meet. And boy, does he! While this is a collection of three novellas, it follows the same couple in different situations/events. The love is strong, and the spice is hitting right! I wish there was even more depth to the stories because I think it has the potential to be really great. But overall, it's not a bad read if you’re looking for quick chapters of fast-paced insta-love and a cute baking show backdrop.

I adore SJ's writing style, it's so easy to read and this book is no different.

Amazing per usual. S.J. Tilly really can do no wrong in my opinion. Baby Cakes was a fun, funny, and oh so sexy holiday series of three novellas. The writing was flawless and really enjoyable. The jokes were there like always, and that last Easter Egg?! My jaw dropped, I’m so excited!
