Abattoir is one crazy, messed up book and I loved it!
I don't typically read MM books but because Yolanda was an author of this book I knew it was going to be a mind cluster f*ck, as she writes them so well. I also love K Larsen's books and together these two are a powerhouse of depravity.
Josiah and Bishop are a duo of craziness, throw in some knives and blood and they become sadistic and focused S.O.B.'s.
I need a breather after this book. My heart is still pounding and racing.

Have you ever devoured a book and then questioned your motherf@cking sanity?!? Because I just did. I just giggled. Yes, giggled my way through this dark AF book. DARK AS F@CK! I giggled like a little girl getting her way. And you know what, I totally did. I ended this book with a huge smile and more laughter. It's time to see a shrink, no doubts. But if twisted is your thing, then do yourself a favor because...yeah. Oh and M/M too, it's like the winning Powerball ticket.

At this point I need to look for a shrink, but before I go...Happy Reading!😆

First up, this cover is GORGEOUS. I love it!

Lordy, this book (lol)...This type of super dark "murderotica" is SO right up my alley. Strangely enough, if this were a movie, I would have been hiding under my covers. Go figure...(lol) I've been a fan of K Larsen for a while now, and I recently had the please of reading a short novella by Yolanda Olson (which I enjoyed a lot), so I knew going into this one I was in for one twisted and gory read...

And that is pretty much exactly what I got! I'll also just say it is a good thing I can't eat solid foods at the moment because I am not sure I could look at a steak right now let alone eat one. (lol) The writing was amazing. It was a relatively short book, so the story moved at a perfect pace. The plot was like a sexy horror movie. Engaging. Super dark. Super twisted. Super gross. The sex was smokin' hot and plentiful, and I loved both the main characters. Not a whole lot left to say about it. If you are a fan of dark, then this book will be right up your alley as well!

I hated this but it was so good at the same time! It was personally too dark for me, so I can’t bring myself to rate it but it was definitely well written

This is some fucked up shit.

This book had so much potential. Everything worked. The writing is incredible, the characters are amazing, the sex hot, hot, hot, the chemistry between the MCs is off the charts, the content depraved. Just the kind that i love so much. I mean, look at title you can't go wrong with that kind of title. Yet! UGH!! It fell short! Why authors?

Started great. The concept was cool was very interesting to me. Josi was a bit annoying. Everytime the nickname Bish was used I swore in my head ...like bish please lol its whe the present portion of the book happened that I had issues, I may have no morals when it's dark romance but my one taboo item was there and I just ...I hated every second of the rest of the book.
