I may have been more captivated in the first book but this one was still soo good. I’ve been waiting for Tessa to show everyone just how much of a badass she is. Can’t wait to watch this woman shine in the next book!

that ending was sooooo satisfying for tessa! i also loved the characters from the lady of darkness series that we got to revisit :) everyone still seems to be lying to one another (whether by omission or outright lies) and i’m so interested to see where things go in book three!! i still love tessa and i also love luka (hesitantly) but i am distrustful of many of the characters and they are going to really have to work to earn tessa’s (and my) trust, if it is even possible…onto book three

I am struggling because part of me really liked this and part of me was just so annoyed the whole time. Very little character progression and Tessa and Theon will just not learn from their mistakes lol. I will keep reading, but not my all time fave. Best part was the LoD crossover.
