I am still loving this series after book 2! Some of the story is becoming a little clearer even though there are still so many secrets being kept in Devram and the other realmsโ€ฆโ€ฆ.. Theon & Tessa my heart breaks for them and yet I am excited to see Tessa spend some time with Luka! We finally learn that there is a lot more to Tessa and her story. There are so many twists and turns in this series and I do not know who we can trust, delighted with new characters being introduced and hopefully book 3 delves more into Tristan and familyโ€™s story, we need to find out info on Axel & Kat too. Running to read book 3 now ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ

  • pretty much all characters are EVIL, was interesting to see Theon/dad interaction makes you understand him more. Parts are glossed over and more boring bits repetitive though.

I wanted to love this as the first book was fantastic. Unfortunately, I already knew where this was going by the end of the first book and it pissed me off and (sadly) I was correct and I am NOT here for it. Sad girl vibes.
