This series and in general the writing of the author does drive me crazy at times. I would definitely say this is for more seasoned romantasy readers, as it can be lengthy, repetitive and slow paced. I’m still interested and gonna finish the series, but I could just yell at the main female and male characters to just freaking talk with each other once. So many issues could be avoided…

Reading this book I felt nothing and everything happened. It’s another super long info dump but somehow I thoroughly enjoy it. I HATE Theon. I wish him the worst. The ending was so satisfying. I am team Luka.

It’s better than book one. Our FMC is a bratty mess, and I really hope she gets a redemption arc as she’s driving me crazy.

OK I do like this series...BUT...there is too much dialogue with the same patterns of conflict and repeated details on clothing etc. I like Tessa's arch at the end. Last chapter is so confusing (I think would help if I read the author's other series).

Also I'm sick to death of Theon. Bring on Luka.

I feel like the story just repeated for like half of the book. The Tessa and Theon drama felt like a reality show and I was just kind over it. The ending saved it for me and will continue to read.

Listen…. All imma say is from book one I was ALWAYS team Luka!!! But anyways this book was even better than the first one the plot really picks up A LOT in this one and Tessa is starting to become one of my favorite fmc’s of all time!! LOVE HER
