Strange story. Not a fan.. The characters and plot were just weird.
Totally ridiculously cheesy, but super quick read since it's a novella and basically a filler holiday book. But still, I always enjoy Stephanie Plum. Hopefully the other "Between the Numbers" books aren't as cheesy!

This is the first book I read in the Stephanie Plum series. I didn't benefit from any of the character development in the earlier books, so I didn't ever feel like I got to know the characters but they all seemed a bit zany and kooky.
The pacing was very fast, not leaving a lot of time to take a breath.
I'm not sure I'll read any more because it felt like there was a lot of hidden political agendas and I didn't care for some of the stereotyping.
Not my cup of tea but everyone runs into a book they may not like.

This was a weird introduction to another world with Diesel. I knew Diesel and Lizzie have a series, but I didn't know anything about it. We have our usual characters. I've just finished Turbo 23 and wondering what has happened with Valerie? She is in this book, but I haven't heard about her for quite awhile now. Just trying to figure out if Stephanie is going from a triangle to a square...
