This book was beautiful but there was just something that didn't work for me. I think it may have been the chemistry between Ezra and Ricki. We were told so many times that their draw to each other was undeniable but I didn't actually feel it in their interactions. However, I did really like Williams' writing style and will read more from her!

3.5 stars ✨
The first half of this book was painfully boring to the point I was concerned that I wasn’t going to finish it, but luckily, I sped through the second half, which was more action packed and insightful.
The 1920’s chapters were by far the most engaging to me, I would’ve loved a whole book/plot following just that.
Despite the ‘age gap’, Ricki and Ezra’s relationship worked incredibly well and they feel like a couple you’d meet out day to day. It definitely came across as a soulmate kinda vibe, and didn’t even clock that it was basically insta love until after I finished.
I need more of Tuesday - maybe a book centred around her? It was genre bending which was cool and not something I see often, however the ending was very predictable.

Very slow to start and not as good as Seven Days in June (which I LOVED) but worthwhile.
