This was my first ever book by Ms. Tia Williams. I was thoroughly impressed. I was emotional at the end. I laughed out loud while reading. I really enjoyed this book. I would have never read this book if it wasn't for two booktubers I enjoy watching.

I just couldn't get into this book. I picked it up and set it down so many times. I finished it, but it was underwhelming.

Outside my normal genre for sure, but I really liked this. A good mystery that went ways I didn’t expect and found the love story very endearing. A little predictable, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. It gave a good sense of closure, if it did feel a little fast at the end.

It was fast and slow in the beginning. The flashbacks confused me at first to where it was going. I wasn’t expecting a supernatural story. It was predictable at times. But it’s a sweet story and I liked the characters.
