It was good and an enjoyable read however it does from time to time give off a bit of wattpad y/n reader where as the teenage girl has more authority and knows more than any other character including actual adults which always bugs me but I still found it good! Will I be picking up the sequel though? Probably not anytime soon :(

I did not like this book. It tried to be at YA Secret History but fell short immensely… It was even worse than the Maidens in my opinion which also tried to do the same thing. The plot was predictable and has been done many times before, and the author tried too hard to use lots of mythological references but every instance just seemed like it was trying but failing to be pretentious. Lots of information was given that was just not followed through on or referenced every again. If you want a YA mystery, read the Gallagher Girls series… it is everything this series tries to be and actually succeeds at at being mysterious, pretentious, and funny at the same time.
3.75 stars... I liked the British accents in the audiobook :) it also had a really good cliff hanger...

This was just okay really. They are so obviously not murders though? Like yes Henry died, but he killed himself. They didn't kill him.

I really loved this easy to follow book that was packed with twists and turns! I loved Greer as a main character and loved that it was first person so you see all of her doubts as they come. Also that ending! Long drawn out epilogues bore me but I’m so glad I read all the way because those last two pages! Jeez what a shock! I cannot wait to start D.O.G.S!
