Just when I thought things couldn’t possibly become more complicated between Hardin and Tessa, I read After we Collided and I’m at a loss for words. I don’t know how I didn’t bite my nails off during this read to be honest, because I was always on edge. Jesus!!!!!

The one thing I LOVED about this book, which we didn’t get to experience in the first book, is that we get to know a little more about Hardin, not just by what is exposed but also because Anna writes this book in both Tessa’s and Hardin’s point of view. Therefore we get to see and feel his inner turmoil when everything plays out. I still had moments where I wanted to punch Hardin in the jaw and slap Tessa across the face. But I also found myself feeling bad for Hardin at times, and you guys must be thinking I’m crazy, but you’ll see… there are times when Tessa doesn’t exactly make the wisest choices and I’m like hellooooo of course he’s going to lose his shit!!!! LOL

This is the second book to the After series, and it picks up right where After finished, so you definitely have to read book 1 first to understand everything. This book also ends with a HUGE cliffhanger so you’re basically driven to dive into book 3 immediately.

This book was better than the first. I really loved that that Hardin POV was in here, mainly to see what he was thinking during some of the things that happened to them from the ending of the first book. Even when you thought that things were okay then there was something that happened that would pull at your heartstrings. I really enjoyed the love triangle that was in the first book and it only grew more and became more drama filled as the story went on. I'm really looking forward to reading the next book and see what different and more drama and the trials and tribulations of Hardin and Tessa's relationship keep coming towards them.

Well, this series truly just keeps on getting better and better! I'm officially obsessed and can't wait to finish the rest of the series! One thing, though during this book, I had a love-hate relationship with both of the main characters, but I know they will redeem themselves❤️

The only reason it got 4 instead of 5 stars is I felt like there could’ve been more progression in the plot.
