This book is incredibly written, and the information regarding mental health and mental disorders is handled very well — as someone with PTSD, an accurate representation of how it can be viewed and also discussion on how it is perceived is greatly appreciated! My issue with the book lies with it simply trying to do too much at the end. The lead up to the twist at the end seemed out of focus with the rest of the book. Taking on all of these various topics in one book just seems like too much to expect. The end was a fall, that left you feeling like a lot of the growth that had been done had just crumpled under pressure and left me wanting.
