Honestly, it all just feels like chaos with no real story direction. This is not necessarily a bad thing, and I can absolutely see people enjoying this series, but it’s just not holding my interest personally.

The strength of Monthly Girls' Nozaki-kun comes from Tsubaki's character work and comedy. I think this has worked well for two volumes but I do think that a little bit more character progression will be needed to keep this story from going stale. So far, I am still enjoying it but I am interested to see if more happens in the upcoming volumes.

Consistently funny. Love seeing the different characters relationships develop, even if it isn't the way they want most of the time! Looking forward to reading more of the series.
