I related to Phoebe immediately in the way she interacted with people and her inner monologue.
I found Alicia Thompson’s books really unique because they are romances but with a certain amount of depth. This one particularly because Phoebe is obsessed with serial killers.
The only downside of this book for me was mostly the fact that Sam was less developed than Phoebe, he was sweet and thoughtful and that is about all I could tell you because he didn’t get more development than that in my opinion.
But it was still a pretty good book.

I liked this book but I didn’t really love it. I like Sam as a character but Phoebe not so much. At times she was really rude to Sam and I have no clue why he would let her treat him that way.
