This was a quick listen that was funny and emotional. Nothing super deep or insightful for me personally, but this kept me entertained for a few longer drives, so I did enjoy listening to it.

I've followed Hayley on TT for a while and was very much looking forward to this book. That said, perhaps I should've read the subtitle and I would've known to expect less humor and more self helpish content. Parts of it made me LOL, literally. Other parts were fine, just not what I had been hoping for. It's solid but I was still a little disappointed.
