Thoroughly enjoyed this. Had a few laugh out louds but not as many as I had anticipated. Got drawn to this in the store before realising who the author was- I had seen her on instagram. Does discuss good topics on overthinking and helps realise that everyone does it in some form. Would recommend for a laugh.
