What a wonderful, action packed read. I enjoyed A.K. Mulfords writing style and the pacing of the book a lot. From the first page on, this story gripped me. A solid 4 ✨ in my opinion. My only "complaint" was that the MC was constantly thinking about her family and what she would do to see them again. Yet when her sister is within reach, she doesn't go and see her but chooses to greet her found family and leave for a different place without even trying to properly speak to her. And she wonders why her sister acts different? Hopefully in the next books of this series these kind of discrepancies will be gone. That would make it a 5 ✨ rating in my book.
This was so good!! Fae, witches, a heist, found family, fated mated. I just loved it so freaking much!! Remy is flawed and scarred and perfect. I love her and Hale so much! Totally hooked I’m picking up book two right now!

The story was just painfully slow. I though once they had the ring things would pick up. But it was still several more chapters of just travel and fluff.
Some of the dialogue just felt stilted to me. And Remy as a character was just flat. Actually all of the characters were fairly flat.
