Update: It's only been 2 months since I read this and I remember nothing about it. Nothing. Changing it from 2 stars to 1.

I don't have anything profound to say other than this was boring and I need to just stop reading these self-help/quasi-memoir/"insightful" books.

I love Brené’s writing and I wish I had read her books earlier. Many of our challenges in life stem from how we communicate and how we interpret the world and people around us. For me, Brené makes me feel more confident in my ability to navigate the world, be a better communicator and be a better person for the people I care about in my life.
