"If you look the right way, you can see that the whole world is a garden."

This book reminded me what it feels like to be a child again. The love for nature, the joyful curiosity, and the quiet message full of hope and healing just filled me with so much happiness. I adored the writing and have so many new favorite quotes. The characters—especially the children—were so beautifully written. They’re not just sweet or simple, but layered, flawed, and deeply human, which made their growth feel even more meaningful. The Yorkshire dialect was a little tricky at times, but it added so much charm and authenticity to the story—so I didn't mind :) 

Overall, I loved this book so much, and it's definitely a new favorite 🤍

Side Note: Now I want my own secret garden!! 🌿

I would give this 6 stars if I could. What an amazing novel. I wish I had read this sooner in life but I feel like it’s so relatable to me currently that I’m glad I found it at this point in life. This book will always stay with me.
