Similar to the last book, I found most of this boring and struggled to stay engaged, but then it once again had such an amazing ending. If only that energy had been present for the entire book! Honestly, I think this series would be a lot better if the plot weren't so dragged out. At this point, I'm starting to lose interest, and I'm questioning whether I want to continue.

I liked this book a lot! Some of the parts touched me to my core, but others left me wanting. I think out of the 3 books in the series so far, it's the weakest, but I think that's only because it is setting up a lot of action in the next book. It is still a very strong book imo.

Really loved this, each book in the Bone Season series is better than the last. Still not quite on board with the romance element but I'm nothing if not a slow burn, will-they-won't-they lover so I still kinda vibe with it.

Also petition to teleport Paige Mahoney to a beach episode, my girl needs a rest
