Absolutely beautiful. Nothing before has totally captured on paper how it feels for me to live with Bipolar 1. Nearly every possible aspect in 28 succinct, gorgeous pages of information that's not just textbook but feeling.

I love hearing from other people with bipolar disorder because while I can relate, the experiences we have are so different. I have bipolar 2 and picked this up to learn more about bipolar 1.
It's so beautifully illustrated and written with so much care and love. The gentle narration paired with Keezy's artistic design and layout decisions make this short book so impactful and unique. What an incredible composition.
