I listened to the audiobook and the narrators did a good job. This was an easy fun listen.

Such a fun read!
slow-paced

I enjoy a lot of Ruby Dixon‘s books, but they’re getting repetitive. Repetitive within the book, and within the universe she’s created. I ended up skimming and speed reading a lot of this because it was the exact same stuff she’d already written before. Good news for those who love her books, but maybe a turn off for those, like me, who are starting to feel the repetition.

I really like this book. It was intriguing, I couldn't put it down because I want to know what would happen next. I love Nassakth, he is so patient with Kim, so protective and how he thinks is so interesting and at times funny. Kim was a bit annoying at times. It only didn't get a 5 was because it was too long. This book would've been just as interesting and fun if it were half the pages. As well as at times it felt repetitive because they just kept doing the same things.
