This was my first book by A. Blossom, and I really enjoyed it. The love story unfolded at the perfect pace it didn’t feel rushed or dragged out, just right. Phileigh is one lucky woman, and Keelon? A good man, Savannah! I also appreciated how every character, even the side ones, had their own growth and development. It made the story feel full and satisfying.

The pregnancy trope is not my favorite. I gave it another try and I'm not mad. First of all Phileigh, the fmc, is pronounced "Philly". I thought it was pronounced "filet". I appreciated the communication between both main characters. This was a feel good sports romance where the male character knew what he wanted and was willing to get it by any means.

Unexpected Pass was everything I didn’t know I needed just like KB was for Phileigh! 😮‍💨💕

Phileigh came with a baby bump, big dreams, and no time for games… and here comes Kellon Barnes, sliding into her life like a smooth touchdown pass. MVP on the field, certified lover boy off it. He wasn’t in her playbook, but babyyy he understood the assignment. The way he stepped up had me cheesin’ like yes, come through step daddy season! 😂👶🏾🏈

A. Blossom gave us a story full of heart, healing, and heat. The chemistry was top tier, the growth was beautiful, and the romance? Soft and spicy just how I like it.

This was story of healing and grieving from the loss of a loved one, and of taking a chance in spite of unfortunate circumstances that are happening around you. Phileigh Cheese and Kellon were simply destined; they saved one another unbeknownst to each other. Kellon was adamant- I AM HAVING A SON! He wanted Phileigh Cheese and EVERYTHING that came with her- “I’m not letting up on you”. “If he wanted to, he will”!!
