The suspense!

This book had its ups and downs. Moments where I was held in suspense and moments where I wanted to slap Brooke. It was a bit hard for me to relate to her.

She Can Scream

Great characters and suspenseful story in this third books of the She Can series. In the previous books I easily figured out who the bad guy was. This one I was taken completely by surprise, I loved it! The audio was definitely more enjoyable than the previous one.

I don't know why but I just felt completely disconnected with the characters in this book. I found my self skimming some parts and trying to like it but it didn't work. I didn't really feel the connection between Luke and Brooke. It felt almost forced and unrealistic to me. Every character felt underdeveloped. Sunshine was my favorite character, seriously.

Concerning the mystery aspect, I didn't think it was who it was. I thought it was
SpoilerGreg<\spoiler> but when I found out it was
SpoilerKent<\spoiler> I was like how? When I skimmed back through the parts where he showed up, it all made sense. So yeah, if I didn't like the somewhat boring plot and characters, I would have gave it more stars.
