it actually shocks me sometimes how much i love alex fierro?? let me die for you my fucking cinnamon apple
anyways, a few parts of this felt...recycled? i’d read a lot of these stories before, some in other Riordan works, and it felt tired. this book did succeed in keeping my interest through stories of characters i couldn’t care less about, though, so there’s that.

Oh my God, these stories were wonderful. Funny, and full of adventure, I loved reading snippets from all the amazing characters from the series.

Such a fun addition to the Magnus Chase series. 9 short stories by different characters from the series.

These are fun little stories too add to Magnus' world.
It amazes me, though, that all of the narrators for Riordans books since Percy Jackson are just so, so, so awful, terrible, almost painful. I don't get it. These stories child be so much more enjoyable with different narrators.

Very cute and silly I enjoyed it very much.

Series of vignettes set on each of the 9 worlds loosely held together by Thor jogging. Very amusing

While this collection of short stories from different perspectives did add a bit to the plot of the Magnus Chase series, I did not read it close enough to the trilogy to really appreciate the additions to each individual characters. A fun and lighthearted addition to the Percy Jackson universe.
