I started out giving this book 4 stars because in my head I always tell myself "5 stars need to be for something really special," but as I sat here trying to write this review it became pretty clear this book is exactly that. It's something special.

Everything works, the characters, the emotions, the build-up, it's all paced out perfectly. It's the perfect possession story mostly because Ania is able to make the reader care about every character, and when shit starts to hit the fan she punishes them for it without mercy.
