I was genuinely surprised by how much I enjoyed this. It was very scary and eerie. It was reminiscent of the Exorcist and at times it genuinely terrified me. Creepy children don’t always creep me out, especially in books, but this book definitely did a good job at doing so. Read the ebook on Kindle Unlimited and the audiobook on Everand.

Don’t know how I managed to stick with this load of old tripe.
Didn’t enjoy anything about this at all!

Well, I'm going to have nightmares for days now....
It takes a lot for a book to genuinely scare me, and Seed unnerved me to the point I didn't want my husband to go to bed and leave me alone.
Seriously. I read this book in 9 hours because I couldn't put it down. It was so good...now excuse me while I turn all the lights in my house on...

Well I'll be...l did not expect this to be much of anything yet this really was worth the read/ listen.
The beginning and middle section was a little bit slow but oh my did it pick up, then the end gave me thriller/ horror! So very unexpected and at the same token, this was a very enjoyable read. I was not prepared for that ending!!! Job well done…
I gave this 4 stars because Jack jumped timelines in the middle of a timeline one too many times.

Ania Ahlborn has quickly become my new favorite horror/thriller author, and this book is no exception! It's disturbing and utterly impossible to put down. From the chilling plot twists to the deeply unsettling atmosphere, every page kept me on the edge of my seat!

Seed started out strong. I wished I had known that there is extreme violence against pets. I tried checking ahead of time and couldn’t find a clear answer. Also against kids if that bothers you. The character development was strong although I immediately dismissed mom and unreliable and likely evil when she said she couldn’t get into Stephen Kings The Stand. I love creepy kids books and this one was an enjoyable ride!

When I tell you I gasped, I gasped! The end of this book was fitting to such a brilliant fast paced horror read about a family troubled with demonic possession. Honestly this was SO good!
