Light, absurd, sarcastic fantasy, with a strong element of humorous inevitability. Not your typical delve into Nordic mythology.

Very silly and didn't follow a proper plot structure. In retrospect, this was probably predictable.

Believe it or not but this book, unlike the first, is actually good
This was even more fragmented than the first, half of the time I have no idea how the things are related.
I must say this book became something of a chore to read, despite being rather pleasant at first. I was hoping something closer to the flow of book one, but it wasn't really on par to that.
It felt like the whole Hitchhiker's Guide saga all over again, I was drawn in deeply by book one, while book two became something of a disappointment, with a few likeable characters peppered in between the plot to make you not toss it completely.
Maybe my expectations were simply too high though, I am not sure.
