So fun!

I don’t know if it is because I have seen the film of this one, but I found it a lot more enjoyable than the Magician’s Nephew.

This one felt quite a bit more fast paced and like more was happening and I actually found it really enjoyable.
However, I still prefer the film over the book (sacrilegious, I know) but I just feel that the film adds a lot more depth and intrigue.

Holiday nostalgia re-read :)
adventurous inspiring relaxing fast-paced

A pleasant cozy read for such a snowy time of year. Was nice to read about Aslan bringing spring. XD Wish it would hurry up and come *stares at January viciously* But alas, I'm remembering now how much that I love Mr and Mrs Beaver bickering at each other, and Edmund is still my favorite even when he's being a brat. It's interesting to read this after recently seeing the adaptation and see how true to the heart of the thing they stayed while also expounding on moments and connecting us to pieces and characters that were skimmed over in the book. Interesting.
