“The second I saw her, my plans for the evening became whatever put me in her orbit. I didn’t know where this was headed, but right now I was happy to follow her anywhere.”
“This guy should come with a warning label. Caution: Kisses will make you forget your own name. Proceed at your own risk.”
“I was thirty years old. I’d spent most of my teen years and adult life looking for love while simultaneously guarding my heart, calculating risks, approaching love like it was something I could ensure. And here it was. Bigger than me, than my fears, than anything. There was no guarding against it. No insurance I could take out that would protect me. This was skydiving, free fall, jumping off the cliff with no idea if there was rocks below or how deep the water was. And whatever questions I might have had, the fear that I’d go splat at the bottom, were carried away with the wind.”
To say that I loved this book would be a complete understatement. If I could give it a million stars, I totally would. This book has blown me away. It has totally exceeded my expectations. It is easily one of my top reads of this year.
When I first heard about Fly With Me, I could not wait to get my hands on it and let me tell you, I was not disappointed. From the moment I picked up this book, I was hooked. I mean hooked. I fell in love with the characters instantly. The chemistry between Noah and Jordan was intense right off the bat. You just knew that these two together was going to be something amazing. Their banter was excellent and I just loved watching the two of them together. They just made me laugh and the love between the two of them just felt effortless. Yes, their relationship was not without its ups and downs. Being with a military man, no matter how long, would be hard for anyone. But, I really appreciated the strength and determination these two had. They knew what they both wanted and were going to do whatever it took to make it work.
Fly With Me is told from dual points of view and is extremely well written. The story-line captivates you from the very first page and before you know it, you find yourself totally lost and consumed by Jordan and Noah’s story. And what an amazing story to get lost in. Fly With Me totally exceeded my expectations; taking me on a journey I will never forget. This story made me laugh; boy did it make me laugh. It made me swoon. It pulled at my heart and even broke it a few times. It made me cry. But, most of all, it made me fall in love. This book reminded me of just how important and precious life is and that when you do find the one that you love, you don’t take it for granted.
I just loved everything about this story; from start to finish. I mean, it has it all. From a great story-line to amazing characters. To real friendships and a love that lasts a lifetime. I think that the Wild Aces series is off to one amazing start. Chanel Cleeton has really outdone herself this time and I gotta tell you, I can not wait to see where the rest of this series will go. If you’re looking for a book that is well-written and has a lot of heart, then I definitely recommend checking this book out!

So I really didn't like the whole insta love aspect. They fell too hard too fast. Jordan came off as annoying and selfish (especially w/the mustache comment). I'm going to continue w/the series at least.
I thought what is soo funny was the beginning top gun references and the fact I just watched it 1 week ago (memorial day weekend ahead of the sequel movie).

As much as I loved the Capital Confessions series this book just didn’t live up to my expectations. I hate to say it but it was a bit of a snooze fest. I liked the first 1/3 but once Jordan and Noah left Vegas and went back to their normal lives their relationship moved at warp speed leaving little time for any emotional connection. I wish more time had been spent on their relationship instead of endless pages about hot they found one another, how much they wanted to sleep with one another. Also there was too much Air Force jargon that didn’t add anything to the story.

There’s something really sexy about Air Force pilots. Maybe it’s the aviators, I don’t know!

I finally made time to reread this book and I’m thrilled I did. I loved it just as much the second time around. Noah and Jordan gave me all the feels. And speaking of feels, I was just as destroyed by the other happenings the second time around. Damn, I love this book.

This book. My God, I loved it. I don't even know if I have words to describe just how much I loved it. It's been a long time since a book made me feel as much, as strongly, as this one did. I've loved each and every one of Chanel's books in one way or another, but this one is truly something special. This series is special. I want all of my romance-loving friends to read it. So you should get on that.
Noah and Jordan blew my mind. When they met in a Vegas club, they were only supposed to be a one-night hook up. (Or, at the most, a one-weekend hook up.) They were from different places, wanted different things. They couldn't ever really be. Yet, as they spent those first days together, they realized they couldn't give each other up. Which is good, because I couldn't give them up either. These two were just about the perfect pair, in spite of – or maybe because of – their differences. I adored them. From their amusing banter to the hot AF sexy times to the very real feels that grew unexpectedly, quickly – I just couldn't get enough of them together, even when things got kind of bumpy.
There's just so much more to Fly With Me than romance, though admittedly the romance was one of my favorite parts. (Noah and Jordan. <3 <3 <3) It's about service and friendships and loss. It's about finding yourself and your passion, and realizing that sometimes you have to compromise to keep that person you love in your life. It's about the strength it takes not only to be in the military, but the more understated (and just as important) strength it takes to love someone in the military. It's real and raw and not always pretty. And it punched me in the feels more than once. It was sad at times, but it was also beautiful in others. These characters left a mark on me and it's one that won't go away anytime soon. (I mean, I'm teary-eyed just looking over my favorite quotes and writing this review.)
Do yourself a favor and pick this book up. If you're an emotional reader, you'll want some tissues and maybe wine or ice cream. If you're not an emotional reader, you will still enjoy the romance, characters and sexy times. This book truly has something for everyone. (And the second book, which isn't out until July but that I thankfully had an early review copy of, is every bit as good.)

This was a one-night stand. Maybe if things went well, two nights. His touch was supposed to make me come. Instead, it unraveled me until I was quivering each time his flesh grazed mine.
I drank his sighs as though they were water and I was dying of thirst, wanting, needing to take each part of his body into mine.
"I never want to stop touching you. It feels wrong to be near you and not touch you. My hands turn greedy around you. So fucking greedy. I can't get enough. There are too many places on your body that I want to touch, kiss, lick, fuck."
It felt like forever, and at the same time, like the blink of an eye. There were no words, nothing but the joining of our bodies speaking a frenzied beat. And then she was coming, and I was coming, and our bodies collapsed in a heap on the bed, and I knew without question that she had ruined me for all other women.
When it was love, capital letters, can't-live-without-you love, there wasn't much of a choice. We were forever, for however long forever lasted.
Like so many monumental days, the reality of it was like a photograph with blurred edges. It would come back to me in pieces, flashed I would remember for the rest of my life.

Apparently being mentally present today wasn't a huge priority for me because I stayed up until 2AM this morning to finish this book.
I just... I loved it so much. I adored Noah and Jordan and COULD NOT PUT THIS BOOK DOWN. Their chemistry was written so perfectly and I fell in love as quickly with them as they fell in love with each other.
One thing I really love about Cleeton is that she always manages to easily balance lust/passion with the development of the relationship.
All I know is that I want alllllll of the books in this series now. ESPECIALLY Easy's.

Fly with Me is the first novel in Chanel Cleeton's Wild Aces series and from the synopsis alone, it promises to be a high flying romance which took passion to dizzying heights. Post reading the only assessment to make is,
Jordan Callahan is in Las Vegas celebrating her younger sister's impending nuptials. Shots and phallic headwear are par for the course and although she's feeling every bit of her thirty year old, terminally-single self, she rocks out with her (...err) cocks out to ensure her sister's bachelorette is a memorable one for her.
How often could you say that you could pinpoint the exact moment when your life changed?
Noah is an fighter pilot who would love nothing more than to get some sleep after a gruelling day than party with his squadron. An evening sequestered to keeping his squad in check soon changes when he sets his sights on Jordan.
I didn’t believe in love at first sight, but lust at first sight? That was a thing definitely happening all over my body tonight.
The chemistry between them is a raging inferno of lust and I felt every sensory moment of it. The sheer magnetism experienced is an awakening for them both and unlike the adage "What happen in Vegas stays in Vegas" the pair embark on a long distance relationship.
Fly with Me is much more than palpable sexual tension. There is such depth to the storyline and I so much enjoyed the way it matured as the relationship did. There were challenges to be faced, not only with the complications of a long distance relationship but also the dangerous nature of Noah's job. Jordan is a feisty, independent woman and combined with Noah's strength of character it's a learning curve for them both.
Pardon the pun but this series is off to a soaring success. It's sexy, atmospheric and took me to a whole new level of swoon. As both a romance reader and huge fan of Chanel, I can't recommend this book enough .

The initial 30% of the book was just pure sexual tension. The other 70% is them struggling with LDR.
It sound simple but the author managed to make it emotional, sweet and gripping. I love the writing, it's very captivating!
I wish the author make a sequel about the Noah-Jordan couple. I would really love to read their after-marriage challenges' stories.
