this book is miraculous and magical - it’s literal existence. i really believe it’s a once in a lifetime type book and something that has the power to inspire so many future writers and artists. i know this is something i will re-visit throughout my life
Probably closer to 3.5. Enjoyed the Pontus Pilate story line and there were some parts I was riveted by but also got lost at points and felt like it dragged on. I would’ve appreciated a glossary of all the character names because I found that hard to keep up with especially in the beginning
