Emily Henry just knows how to write 'em 💕 Her stories always feel real and honest and alive.

My absolute favorite part of Funny Story was how Daphne and Miles became best friends before anything more. Sure, the sexual tension was always there simmering, but they built a friendship before diving into those feelings. It's sad to rarely come across that in a book.

5 stars, a gold star, two thumbs up, and everything else in between for this one ✨️

Basically I would trust Miles with my life but I wouldn’t even trust Daphne to turn my laundry over.
