Made me laugh out loud several times. Very cute banter. Nothing exciting happens and that's ok. This book made me smile. Lost it's momentum in the last 20% but otherwise a solid beach read

This has to be in my top three Emily Henry books, I related to Daphne on such a personal level, her need to keep everything in her life on a schedule and routine and intensely organized was so me it was unsettling. I also loved Miles so much it shocked me, I really went into this book with low expectations for some reason, and everything about it surprised me. I loved their chemistry, it was hilarious, and the plot with Daphne and her dad was once again heart wrenching, as Emily Henry often does. I will definitely do a reread of this book one day.

I was grinning like a maniac to myself while reading this. I do feel like the ending could’ve been better. I don’t know if I felt like the ending was rushed or abrupt but I wanted more. I feel like everyone was abandoning her one moment and the next she’s deciding to stay with like no hint of staying. I almost wished she had left to visit her mom to talk about it without informing miles so miles could chase her.
