this was a slow burn book. it took me a few tries to get past the first couple of chapters but once the sizzling began, there was no stopping Rory and Angelo. sinners anonymous had a really good plot in my opinion with hot sexual tension between the two main characters and a heartbreaking past and present storyline for both. I may have just finished book 1 but I'm starting sinners condemned (book 2) now.

I was going to come on here and complain about the bird puns but they grew on me ngl.
After thinking about it some more. I have some things to say. Firstly, why didn’t we get a scene of him “disposing” of the guys that harassing her in high school?! It was mentioned but that’s it. Secondly, the scene where he killed the guy that poisoned his mother felt kinda rushed. He just so happened to come back to town around the same time the male mc was looking for him and he was killed just like that.
Lastly, I don’t like that his brothers already knew about his big sin through sinners anonymous.
Anyhooo it was entertaining. Gave me “The Sweetest Oblivion” vibes.
