My first Harloe Rae book and I loved it.
You don't just get a one single parent, but you get TWO single parents (FMC - single mom, MMC - single dad). AGHH loved it. Their children are the stars of the book, absolutely HILARIOUS, they had me literally laughing out loud with the things they said.

Also, the first line of this book was incredibly sad. Both main characters are dealing with grief and loss (FMC - brother & MMC best friend). But they now have to work together because the FMC's brother left half of the bar he owned to his sister. And can I say that the spicy scenes inside this bar were SMOKIN!!! There is a scene with a whisky bottle.. I will leave it at that.

Harloe I will defiantly be reading more of your books.

Rhodes 🥵

Man oh man. My first book by Harlow Rae and definitely will NOT be my last. Rhodes and Rylees love story was adorable. Both working through their grief in different ways but finding each other through it all. They’re both single parents and their kids are 𝑎𝑑𝑜𝑟𝑎𝑏𝑙𝑒 and hilarious and really give the story a lighthearted-ness (is that a word? Lol) Highly recommend
