I really liked both Maeve and Asher. They were such well developed characters who complimented each other from page one. They had such a good dynamic and great chemistry.
There was a lot of pining throughout the story, mainly from Asher, but also a bit from Maeve. It did drag on just a bit too long, in my opinion, but it was mostly enjoyable. We were thankfully spared from the 3rd act breakup. There was certainly still some drama, though, which I enjoyed.
Overall, it was a great read to start off the new year.

This book was SO MUCH FUN. I absolutely loved it.
Lauren always writes such captivating characters and scenarios and they are always a good time.
The narration from Vanessa and Rob were both absolutely incredible, theyβre both incredibly good actors.
Definitely recommend this one!
