**No third act break up - Love that** I received an ARC of The Proposal Play, thank you Lauren! Honestly the first half of the book was a little slow for me. But second half picked up and I found myself gobbling up the book until 1am and had a few tears running down my cheeks at the end. Friends to lovers hockey romance is always a sweet treat for me. This one really captures the friendship between Maeve and Asher and the love that blossomed. The shower scene, WOW WOW WOW, I felt like I was in the shower too. SUPER STEAMY. Sweet caring Asher turning to Bossy Asher is perfect for sassy Maeve. The book felt a little long but overall it was a satisfying ending.
best one of the series so far!
This is the third book in the series and I ATE IT UP! This one was my favorite, the friends to lovers was so beautiful. I really enjoyed these characters and the spice was spicin

-cute listen, I liked the storyline
and the tropes were some
of my favourites
-there wasn’t really a
connection between the
characters and his teammates,
usually when there’s a family
trope I find that it’s more
connection between teammates
and the characters
