Thank you netgalley and publisher for a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

I finished the book in one sitting- it was an overall solid poetry collection, which I would give 3.5 stars. This is a collection of beautiful uplifting poems about life, love, loss, and self-reflection. The drawings add a nice touch to the book.

Had a couple of good bits but the writing felt juvenile.

This book reminded me how much I love poetry.

I devoured this book in an hour. I felt truly known and seen by Iain S. Thomas. I am not sure how, but he managed to articulate so many of my thoughts and emotions in a way I have never been able to.

My copy is filled with markings, and I never write in my books. It was just so amazing! Each poem got better and better. I am already planning on revisiting this and thinking of the places and people I want to share this with.

One of the better poetry books I’ve read, since I usually don’t like this style. A lot of the poems were actually really nice.

This was an insightful, easy read. I am glad I picked this up and can’t wait for more of Iain’s writing.
