This book. You need to read it. It was so good, so challenging and so raw. I never cry when I read books, but I cried ugly tears while reading parts of this book. Not the kind of book you can read and walk away without changing something in your life.

I checked the audio version of this book out so many times from my local library, and kept not reading it. (Listen during commute) I’m glad I finally did. I heard about the book by listening to author Jennie Allen’s podcast “Made for This.” I highly recommend that podcast as well.

Read. Dig. Change.

I didn't realize it's a Christian focused and scripture heavy book. I have religious trauma and looking for a book to help with anxiety. This book is not a good fit for me.

I can't review this properly because it isn't a piece of literature for me. But I hope more people will read this and find hope and practical ways in renewing their minds in Jesus Christ.

This! This is the book that I will reference when I catch myself going into one of those negative emotion spirals.
