I enjoyed this book thoroughly, and I fell in love with this story so much to the point where I am sad that book 3 is a couple of months away.
The writing was excellent as always, the story was extremely engaging and not at all repetitive, Wendell and Emily stole a piece of my heart and I just can’t wait to get my hands on the third book.

This one had so much charm I loved seeing Emily coming into herself and accepting Wendell's love. Their slow-burn relationship is so satisfying to read about. As always, the world-building through exploration and research that Emily does make this book unique and hard to put down.

Another cutie little cozy romantasy‼️
This was slightly more disjointed than the first one but I still had such a good time.
Emily is back and once again relatable and just trying to get shit done.
Wendell my sweet baby boy is yet again flustering our FMC and being chaotic in the most charming way possible.
The main two new side characters introduced felt a little flat and faded into the background quite a few times but I enjoyed Ariadne a lot.
I really enjoyed the Dani/Ichorn plot line and enjoyed the mystery/kinda spooky vibe it added. I liked the way they kind of popped in and out throughout the main plot but still felt whole as characters and a story.
Loved the set up for book 3. The pacing through this series has been pretty spot on and hasn’t felt rushed or drug out. Just enough happens each book to further the overarching plot that it still feels like the main focus without being the SOLE focus of each book if that makes sense?
