This book was incredible. I listened to the audio version on a drive home, and I had to immediately order a physical copy. This is a book that easily ended up on my favorites list, and it is one that I will continue to read over time.

I give the book 4 stars for the illustrations and for the general message of acceptance and love. I must admit that I viewed it as an over-simplified retake on Milne’s Winnie the Pooh, which I adore. If you like this short, simple book for its art and message, read Winnie the Pooh.

This is a book you finish reading and immediately try to put in the hands of everyone you love. Heartfelt, earnest, contemplative. A therapy session in a picture book, if you are open to it.
