I bawled. I couldn't put it down & I just sobbed. This maybe should get 5 stars, but I'm a little upset that it is over.
Totlno me iznenadila.
I preferred the story of Jennifer, starting in the 1960’s to Ellie, present day. Ellie was a hard to feel sympathetic toward difficult character. Jennifer’s story was a more interesting read.
I am not a big Jojo Moyes fan so it was ok.

This book is definitely nothing like "Me before you"(which was fine for me because I wasn't expecting it to be) but in my opinion it also should not be billed as an epic love story. Unlike many reviewers, I didn't have a problem with the writing. For me, the problem was the content. It was hard for me to root for any of the main characters because they were all having affairs. Even worse were the number of ridiculously tragic events that kept everyone apart.

Cute, sweet and clever. Always a fan of Jojo Moyes’ work; they always feel like a romantic pallet cleanser after a tough read. Excited for the Netflix adaptation
Decided I didn't want to read a book based on an affair.
