Thank you @hachetteaudio @libro.fm for a copy of this audiobook. I don't even know how to review this book. So many emotions. First of, the narration was amazing! I love the French and Irish accents.
The story is so well told about a woman, Vincent, that learns of her husband's secret child through his latest books. She is mad and leaves for Paris to figure out her thoughts and meets Luop who is half her age and they are instantly attracted to each other.
They tension and love scenes between Vincent and Luop was amazing!!
I was frustrated with Cillian about not being open with his secret child and Vincent for not being honest with her husband about Luop.
The story ends with an opened ending which of course...drives me nuts. I need closure.

So wait, you're mad because your husband of approximately forever has a kid from way before he met you, so, you bail on him, bang some rando who's the same age as your own son, and continue to feel sorry for yourself through and including when your spouse shows up for a reconciliation (where your lover is also invited)? Um, no.
Overreactive highly unlikeable protagonist.
