The story was good, not just fluff romance, but romance with a real plot that had believable stakes that mattered. Phillipa Soo as narrator was also amazing ✨👌🏽💯💯

Of all the Lily Chu heroines, D is my favorite one so far. She said all the things so many women would like to say and it was cathartic to hear. I thought the stakes felt real and love story felt authentic. 

I loved Teddy. I loved that from the jump, he knows what and who he wants. It felt wonderful to see his love of D just be so consistent throughout.

All in all it is a great, easy read/listen.
