I just pull the book off my TBR list it has been on my list for a long time and I never got around to reading it but I’m glad I did read it because I’m always down for a best friend brother and sister romance that could end up being so freaking good but there is always drama involved within the story but I glad they got a happy ending at the end of the story.
This book honestly had me so hooked!! I loved the banter between Jackson and Francesca. I’m such a sucker for a couple that can have a good back and forth teasing/flirty relationship.
It tends to take me a while to finish any book (usually about a month) but I was so into this one that it only took me 12 days to complete it.
One of my favourite elements was seeing the growth within Jackson as he transitioned from NFL superstar to a high school football coach. You can really see how much he cares for his students and how much he cares for the people around him.
I wish we got to see more of Francesca other than the fact that she works in PR and has a big family. It would’ve been great to see some of her other interests/things that she enjoys in her spare time when she isn’t with Jackson or her family.
Overall I really enjoyed this book and the ending left me dying to read the rest of the series! Perfect for someone that enjoys the brother’s best friend/best friend’s brother trope as well as a second chance romance and forbidden love.

The Biggest Win by Carolina Jax is a romance that won’t leave you hanging. Tropes include best friends sister, fake dating, small town and insta love.
I thought Jackson and Francesca relationship was spicy and sweet; Jax knows how to write spicy scenes and spicy dialogue exchanges without crossing over into cheesy. The host of side characters also had a solid role/personality and made sense to the story; no one felt extra.
I didn’t love the character of Adam, but I also don’t think I was supposed to either. Like Jackson, he has his own skeletons and after finishing the epilogue, I am excited to read the next book to see what’s in store for him.
The Biggest Win was easy to fly through and enjoyable to invest in. It’s the first book in the Casanova Family series and I am excited to read the rest.

Such a super cute read! Small town romance and kind of second chance romance. Both Francesca and Jackson liked each other in high school but it was his best friend’s sister so it was hands off. Now they are both back together again in their small town of Christmas and the spark is still there.
I honestly don’t like Jackson at the start cause he seemed like too much of a flirt. However, he quickly grows on you and becomes a favourite.

A brilliant friends to lovers romance with drama, fake dating, and deep passionate! Francesca is his best friend’s little sister that he has loved since they were younger. Jackson and Francesca fake dated to help him get back into football. The passions they have get in the way of their fake relationship. Amazing book! A must read!
