Honestly? I’m not mad at it. Is it going to be everyone’s cup of tea? Obviously not, but for what it is; I thought it was beautifully done.
It’s tricky to write good taboo and becomes very OTT in a cringy way very quickly, but Nicky James knows how to write an amazing taboo story.
It was fairly realistic (as realistic as you can be in a fictional world I guess). Their reactions made sense and the hesitancy felt so real.
The premise made sense and felt like an authentic way for them to progress.
One thing I wish is that we got some sort of closure with their parents.
Is this twincest smut? 100%. But it’s actually a really cute story. I was surprised at how well developed the plot was for the content of the story!

This book is extremely taboo and obviously not for everyone but if you don’t have any trouble separating fiction from reality then this is a very cute story.
